Facade Designer

As a Facade Designer in Vianden, you will be responsible for creating and designing the exterior facades of buildings. You will work closely with architects and engineers to develop innovative and visually appealing designs that meet technical requirements. Your role will also involve collaborating with contractors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and technical knowledge in construction materials and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop facade designs that meet technical requirements
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit to create 3D models and drawings of facade designs
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and gather information for design development
- Create detailed construction drawings and specifications for facade elements
- Research and select appropriate materials based on aesthetics, durability, cost, and sustainability
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to ensure proper implementation of design plans
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to design intent
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in facade design or similar field required
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit software
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and technical details related to facades
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Vianden (open to all nationalities)
