We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Keep track of sales data and provide regular reports to the management team
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Results-driven with a strong determination to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in other languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with commission opportunities based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva, Lithuania. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Lithuania.
