Administrator - Sheduva
Our organization in Sheduva is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in administration is not required but considered an asset
Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for management
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
