Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Sheduva
As an Administrative Assistant in our fast-paced office in Sheduva, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities and requires fluent English speaking skills. Please note that accommodation and visa sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office is well-stocked at all times
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing calendars for team members
- Organizing travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Providing support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive problem-solving skills
Salary: $1200 per month
