Equipment Operator

A reputable construction company in Balzers is seeking an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will also be required to perform routine maintenance on the equipment and ensure safe and efficient operation at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator
- Knowledge of operating various heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical strength and stamina to handle long hours of operation

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Inspect machinery before each use to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as changing oil or replacing parts
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site
- Communicate with other crew members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine correct placement of equipment for specific projects
- Keep detailed records of daily operations, including fuel usage, hours worked, and any issues encountered during operation
- Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment immediately for repairs

This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for qualified candidates.
