Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Svalbard. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital documents using various software programs. This is a full-time position with experience required, but we also welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this profession.

Key Responsibilities:
- Typeset and layout documents according to design specifications
- Use typography, spacing, and color to enhance the visual appeal of documents
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and accuracy in all projects
- Proofread and make necessary corrections in documents to ensure accuracy
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and software advancements to continuously improve skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience working with both print and digital media is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Svalbard but we welcome candidates from any nationality who are legally authorized to work in Svalbard.
