Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the same industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so the candidate must be able to secure their own housing in Svalbard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Train and motivate team members to improve performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Svalbard (if not already residing there)
- Valid driver's license
