Entry-Level Office Assistant


We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team in Alta, Norway. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills and hands-on experience in a professional office setting.

As an Entry-Level Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting with data entry.

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills are also required. While previous office experience is not required, a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities is essential.
