Information Technology Manager vacancy in Monte-Carlo Monaco

IT Manager



The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong understanding of current technologies, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks
- Lead a team of IT professionals to provide technical support to employees
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for updates or improvements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services or products
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies and systems
- Strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, etc.
- Experience with biometric passport technology is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals

Location: Monte-Carlo (Preference for male candidates)

Salary: $1400 per month
