Facade Maintenance Technician

As a Facade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and maintenance of building exteriors. This includes cleaning, repairing, and replacing any damaged or worn facade materials. You will also be responsible for performing routine inspections and identifying potential issues before they become major problems.

To be successful in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills. You should also have physical stamina and be comfortable working at heights. No prior experience is required, but basic knowledge of construction and building materials is preferred.

This position offers a salary of $1500 per month with accommodation provided. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one. This job is open to students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of facade maintenance while also earning an income.
