Part Time Facade Technician

A prestigious construction company in Monte-Carlo is seeking a part-time Facade Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on building facades, ensuring they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

As a part-time Facade Technician, your main duties will include conducting visual inspections of facades, identifying and repairing any damages or defects, and performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and painting. You will also be responsible for ordering necessary materials and supplies, as well as keeping accurate records of work performed.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in facade maintenance or construction, with strong knowledge of facade materials and repair techniques. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also important qualities for this role.

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. The working hours will be flexible, but the candidate must be available to work at least 20 hours per week. Please note that this position does not come with accommodation.
