Preservation Architect (English Speaking)



We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Preservation Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while adhering to strict conservation guidelines. This is an English-speaking position, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of historical buildings and structures to determine their significance and necessary preservation measures
- Develop comprehensive preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to implement preservation plans
- Oversee construction work to ensure proper restoration techniques are being used
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare detailed reports documenting the preservation process for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture, building materials, and construction techniques
- Familiarity with local conservation regulations and guidelines
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with opportunities for career growth.
