Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, historians, and construction teams to assess the condition of buildings, develop preservation plans, and oversee the restoration process. Your duties will also include conducting research on historic structures, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and ensuring compliance with local building codes. This role requires a strong understanding of historical architecture and building materials, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in preservation work, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position is based in Herzliya and is suitable for Indian professionals seeking English-speaking part-time work. Salary for this role starts at 1300$ per month.
