Land Surveyor

We are currently hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction projects. The individual must have a strong understanding of surveying techniques, equipment, and software. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members. Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Measure and record data on property lines, elevations, contours, and other features of the land
- Prepare detailed reports of survey findings for clients
- Utilize surveying software to analyze data and create maps or drawings
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate measurement of project sites
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Experience with surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sharjah
