Facade Designer/Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design building facades that meet aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade systems
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost calculations for proposed designs
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to develop design solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facade materials and technologies
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Attend site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade design or engineering
- Strong understanding of facade materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus

Salary: 1500$
