As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other goods. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being served to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Train new employees on baking techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create new menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Although this position is open to all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship and airfare provided.
