Handyman - Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Eschen. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in order to keep our facilities and equipment in top working condition. This position requires someone with extensive hands-on experience in various trades, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, filter changes, and appliance repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs
- Conduct electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches
- Handle carpentry tasks such as repairing doors and windows, installing shelves or cabinets
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
- Proficient in various trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Good time-management skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Eschen

Preference: Pakistani candidates living in Eschen with fluency in English.
