Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer
- Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work on different job sites and in varying weather conditions
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on solar energy systems, including cleaning and inspecting panels for damage or malfunction
- Troubleshoot system issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Communicate with customers about project timelines, progress, and any potential issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working at heights or with electrical equipment
