Sales Manager
Location: Herzliya, Israel
Salary: $1500/month


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving business growth through developing and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand customer base
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus
