Executive Chef - Svalbard

As an Executive Chef in our high-end restaurant in Svalbard, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the culinary operations of our establishment. Your main duties will include creating and updating menus, developing new and innovative dishes, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for hiring and training kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and promoting teamwork among your team.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. A biometric passport is required due to the remote location of our restaurant. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
