Petroleum Engineer - Field Operations (Ar-Ruwais)
We are in need of a highly skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, working on field operations for our oil and gas projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and we welcome applications from both Kenyan nationals and foreigners with excellent English proficiency.
As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of oil and gas from wells, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This includes analyzing well performance, conducting tests and experiments, and making recommendations for improvements. You will also be involved in the planning and execution of drilling activities, as well as monitoring production levels and implementing strategies to increase output.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Experience with field operations is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills to work effectively with other team members.
This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so we are seeking candidates who can make their own arrangements for housing in Ar-Ruwais. You must also be willing to work on-site at remote locations as needed.
