Skilled Handyman

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. Your duties may include painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repair work. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$, along with accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Perform various maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs
- Inspect properties to identify issues and develop solutions
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of all completed tasks and materials used
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner with attention to quality and detail

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or scaffolding when necessary
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in residential or commercial properties in Izhevsk
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Nationality from Africa or the Philippines
