Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to join our team in Bayan City. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining office supplies. This position requires a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the team
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when needed
- Keeping track of company expenses and preparing reports
- Organizing and maintaining files and documents in both physical and digital formats
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and billing
- Coordinating with other departments within the company as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We welcome applicants of all nationalities; however, Filipino candidates are preferred.
