IT Manager



We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. You will work closely with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that support our business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT systems and infrastructure.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Ensure the security of our data and networks by implementing appropriate protocols and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our existing systems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Create and maintain a budget for all IT expenses.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and hardware/software systems.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian.

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: St. Petersburg, Russia (This is a preference but not a strict requirement)

Note: This job is open to candidates from Kenya who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided, but we offer free visa sponsorship and travel tickets for selected candidates. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
