Senior Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process of new projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to gather project requirements and create innovative design solutions.
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or other software.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee construction progress and provide guidance to contractors to ensure project stays on track and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control.
- Make necessary changes to plans based on client feedback or site conditions.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project management techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively.

Salary: 1400$ per month
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
