Senior Architect - Contract Position in Beer-Sheva

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect for a contract position in Beer-Sheva. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction for our projects. This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage and mentor junior architects and designers
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect in residential or commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Beer-Sheva, Israel. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Note: This is a contract position without the possibility of extension or permanent employment. Fluency in English is required for this role. Preference will be given to candidates from India.
