A prestigious architectural firm in Bergen, Norway is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed project plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that building standards and safety regulations are met
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Working knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial projects in Norway or Scandinavian countries
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluent in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with opportunities for professional growth. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU candidates.
