Male Personal Trainer in Oslo

We are hiring a male personal trainer in Oslo to join our team and help clients achieve their fitness goals. As a personal trainer, you will work with clients one-on-one or in small groups to develop personalized fitness plans, provide guidance and motivation, and track progress towards goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their current fitness levels and discuss their goals
- Design individualized workout plans based on clients' needs and preferences
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and form
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Provide nutritional guidance and support to promote healthy eating habits
- Motivate and encourage clients during workouts to ensure they are pushing themselves to reach their full potential
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and research related to fitness and nutrition

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal trainer
- Good knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication skills, ability to motivate others, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt workout plans for different fitness levels, abilities, injuries or medical conditions
- Proficient in using fitness equipment and technology (e.g. heart rate monitors)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
