Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Provide product knowledge and helpful recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and tagged
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Meet sales targets set by management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills to process transactions accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift/move heavy items if required
