We are in need of a skilled Seamstress to join our team in Zagreb. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating and repairing various types of garments, including clothing, curtains, and linens. Your duties will include measuring and cutting fabric, sewing pieces together using different techniques, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with different fabrics and be able to follow patterns and instructions accurately. Attention to detail and time management skills are also crucial for this role. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficiency in sewing techniques and knowledge of different fabrics
- Ability to read and follow patterns and instructions accurately

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut fabric according to patterns or measurements
- Sew pieces together using various techniques (e.g. hand-stitching, machine stitching)
- Repair damaged garments or create new ones from scratch
- Ensure the final product meets quality standards by inspecting for any defects or imperfections
- Communicate with clients/customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain an organized work area and keep inventory of materials/supplies needed for projects
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects or complex designs
