As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and records for our company in Utena, Lithuania. Your role will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Record and reconcile financial data in accounting software
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting activities
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial information
- Identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement
- Communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accounting purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1400 per month

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be able to legally work in Utena without the need for visa sponsorship.
