Welder
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating welding equipment to fuse metal parts together according to blueprints and project specifications. This is an English-speaking job suitable for beginners or non-native speakers. No prior experience is required and we offer accommodation for all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment according to project specifications
- Operate various welding machines such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Adjust settings to control the intensity of heat and speed of welds
- Inspect completed welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of vocational training program in welding preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience operating MIG, TIG, and stick welders is a plus but not required
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
