We are in urgent need of a skilled Welder to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to weld and assemble metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot welding equipment and repair or replace parts as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Relevant certifications or training in welding techniques
