Office Assistant (Pakistani Nationals)
We are a growing company based in Triesen, seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As a Pakistani national, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport is preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Salary: 1000$ per month
Location: Triesen (candidates must be able to commute daily without accommodation)
