Junior Project Manager


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team in Vianden. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior project managers in planning and executing projects according to strict deadlines and budget
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions
- Prepare project status reports and present them to the management team
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including timelines, budget, and resources usage
- Assist with the development of project proposals and budgets
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to improve project processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in project management is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
