Mason - Construction Worker

Our construction company in Acre is seeking a skilled Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining structures using various types of materials such as brick, stone, and concrete. You will work closely with other construction workers and follow blueprints and construction plans to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Mason in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of different masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces prior to beginning work by cleaning them, mixing mortar or grout, etc.
- Lay bricks or other types of masonry units according to construction plans
- Cut or shape bricks using hand tools or power tools
- Create mortar mixes by combining cement, lime, sand, and water based on project requirements
- Repair cracks or damages in existing structures using appropriate methods
- Build corners or other decorative features using specialized techniques
- Install insulation materials or moisture barriers if required
- Follow safety guidelines at all times while on site
- Complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position. This is a full-time role with flexible hours available. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position.
