As a Mason in our construction company based in Acre, Israel, you will play a vital role in building and repairing structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural or man-made stones. Your expertise and experience will be highly valued as you work on various projects ranging from residential buildings to commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lay out patterns and shapes of structure foundations using measuring tools
- Prepare mortar or grout mixture and spread it evenly between bricks or stones
- Align bricks or stones using plumb lines, levels, and other tools to ensure they are straight and level
- Cut or trim bricks or stones to fit designated areas using hand tools or power saws
- Mix and apply different types of plaster, cement, or stucco as needed for finishing touches
- Repair cracks or damages in existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason with at least 2 years of work experience in a construction company
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
- Knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials used in construction
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in laying out patterns and aligning bricks/stones
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
