Indian Construction Manager

We are in need of an experienced Indian Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Kaunas. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of workers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You must have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in project management and budgeting is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Hire and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and other workers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding project progress
- Make decisions on personnel needs, material purchasing, and project timelines
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Must be willing to relocate to Kaunas
Salary: $1100 per month
Contract position with accommodation provided
