Entry-Level Construction Manager

We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Kaunas. This is a great opportunity for someone without any prior experience in construction management to start their career in this field. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting senior managers with various tasks such as coordinating projects, managing budgets, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on job sites. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can join our team immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior managers with planning and coordinating construction projects
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to senior managers
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and identify any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and any potential risks or delays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is not required but would be considered an asset

Salary: $1600 per month
