Entry-Level Accountant


We are a growing accounting firm in Nakuru, seeking an entry-level accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in accounting. This position is open to Indian nationals and no English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Communicate with clients and provide support as needed
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with accounting standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Open to Indian nationals without experience in accounting
