IT Manager - Oslo, Norway


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues or outages
- Manage the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of software applications
- Stay updated on advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvement to management
- Train employees on new software and provide technical support when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Ensure data backup procedures are in place and regularly tested for disaster recovery purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects
- Strong knowledge of network security principles
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in the tech industry
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
- Experience with database management
