Information Technology Manager



We are hiring an experienced and driven Information Technology Manager to join our team in Oslo. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Develop disaster recovery plans and protocols to minimize downtime in case of system failures or cyber attacks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, information security, and system maintenance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with various operating systems, databases, programming languages, and cloud computing services

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Oslo. While we prefer candidates who are already located in Oslo or have their own visa to work in Norway, we are open to considering candidates from other locations.
