Sales Manager (Doha)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
