Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Vianden


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in the charming city of Vianden. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a high-end menu, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing and updating menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients
- Overseeing food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentations to ensure high standards are met
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to meet budget goals
- Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff to maintain a productive and cohesive team environment
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment. You must have a passion for creating exceptional dishes with attention to detail in both taste and presentation. A strong understanding of classic cooking techniques is required along with the ability to innovate and stay on top of current culinary trends.

As this is a fast-paced environment with high expectations for quality, you must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be required to work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

This position offers a salary of $900 per month with the opportunity for growth within our company. Accommodation is not provided but assistance can be given in finding suitable housing in Vianden or nearby areas.
