Job Title: English Speaking Moderator

We are hiring an English speaking Moderator to join our dynamic team in Ashdod! As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online conversations and discussions on various platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure that all content is in line with our company's policies and guidelines. This is a contract position without accommodation, perfect for Canadians looking for an English speaking job abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online conversations and discussions on various platforms such as social media, forums, and chat rooms
- Review user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our company's policies and guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for managing online communities
- Identify potential issues or risks and escalate them to the appropriate teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to community management

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain professional in difficult situations
- Previous experience as a Moderator or Community Manager is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of social media platforms, online forums, and chat rooms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members remotely
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one (if not Canadian)

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod, Israel (ability to work remotely from Canada)
