Plasterboard Worker

A reputable construction company in Shan is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. This position is suitable for men with a strong work ethic and experience in plastering and installing plasterboard.

As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing plasterboard to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You will also be expected to repair any damaged areas and ensure a smooth finish. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination are essential for this role.

Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in plastering and installing plasterboard
- Familiarity with various types of plasterboard, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials
- Own visa or eligibility to work in Shan

Responsibilities:
- Take accurate measurements of the area to be covered with plasterboard
- Cut the plasterboard into required sizes using appropriate tools
- Install the plasterboard onto walls or ceilings using nails or screws
- Smooth out any bumps or rough edges using sandpaper or other tools
- Fill any gaps between boards with joint compound or similar materials
- Repair any damaged areas by replacing old boards or filling cracks
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows company guidelines
- Clean up the work area after completing each task
