Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of complex data to identify patterns and trends. Your findings will be used to improve business strategies and decision-making processes. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools
- Develop and implement data models to support business objectives
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform business decisions
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for business problems
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accurate analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately and efficiently
- Experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with benefits such as free visa sponsorship and airfare.
