Part-Time Turner in Almada, Portugal

As a part-time Turner in Almada, Portugal, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machine tools to shape metal parts according to specifications. This position is open to both men and women, and we offer accommodation as well as a free visa and ticket for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and/or computer-controlled machine tools
- Read and interpret blueprints or sketches to determine dimensions for the finished product
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of the final product
- Monitor the performance of the machines and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of metalworking machines and their operations
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
