Are you an experienced barista looking for a new opportunity in the beautiful city of Oslo? Our busy café is seeking a skilled and passionate barista to join our team on a full-time basis. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based drinks and other beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure quality control by following recipes, using proper ingredients, and maintaining equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy periods
- Keep up-to-date with current coffee trends and educate customers on different types of coffees
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a barista in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to work in Norway
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
