Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or online support is preferred but not required
- Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with online platforms such as social media, email, chat programs, etc.
- Ability to work independently from a remote location with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport for international travel (if not already in possession)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Norway
